Our minimum order amount is £20.00 +VAT

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery unless otherwise stated

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase and it reflects our very high standards of quality, however there may be rare occasions where you may feel there is an issue you want to raise.

If you simply wish to return the item in its original condition we will give you a full refund but you will be liable to pay for the return postage (unless the goods are faulty, please see below paragraph). In any case you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the goods of your intent to cancel your order in written form (email/fax/letter we do not accept telephone cancellations).

If the goods are faulty we will attempt to rectify a dispute in the following order by either;

• Replacing the faulty item for an identical substitute replacement or
• Give you a full refund including return postage costs provided the faulty item is returned

In the cases stated above you will not be liable for the cost of any returns postage, and you will not be liable to pay delivery costs on a replacement item. If an substitute or refund is required we need you to return the faulty item to our returns address below and indicate clearly whether you would prefer a refund or substitute;

In certain cases we may ask for photographs of the damage in question before we agree to any of the above conditions. This allows us to make a claim against the carriers insurance should the damage occur in transit.
